Interview
Interview process is not too long, 3 rounds starts with behavioral questions then technical. Then finally the last round of interviews is with the potential supervisor you will be working under.

Name a time you dealt with conflict on the job and how did you resolve it?
Be prepared for questions that indicate your ability to work as a team and follow test driven development. Read extreme programming and the Phoenix project to understand the organizations mindset.
Quick and straight forward. Lots of technical questions. Respectful interviewers with a lot of interest on what I had to say. Asked a lot of follow up questions. Everything was quite thorough.
