Candidature en ligne, suivie d’un appel de présélection. Ensuite, un entretien individuel , parfois accompagné de tests physiques ou techniques selon le poste. UPS vérifie les antécédents avant de faire une proposition d’embauche. Il est essentiel de montrer sa motivation, sa ponctualité et sa capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique.

The experience’s not bad, in fact, it’s surprisingly enjoyable, with just enough challenges to keep it interesting without becoming overwhelming, leaving me feeling both satisfied and curious for what’s next.
