Interesting and dynamic process where I had to think on my feet and come up with answer to challenging questions. I sat down and answered questions to a panel, including a short test of my Japanese ability. I also had to come up with a short presentation on the fly about what I would do to present information to a group of junior high school students with limited English ability.
