Interview
The interview process is extremely slow, it takes them 2 months to give me feedback about onsite interview. Basically, they don't care about interviewee's feeling at all. Besides, it takes me one month to move on to next step after I finish the OA, another month to move on to onsite interview after I finish the phone screen interview.

I have gone through 3 rounds interviews including DS question, System Design Question and Behavior Question. The System Design Question is out of my knowledge, the interviewer asks me to design a system I barely have any experience. But the questions are fine, after all questions are up to interviewer.
Having to wait around not once, but twice, for next steps is frustrating and not respectful of your time. While the pace of our business can be hectic, we need to respect peoples' time. Thank you for sharing your feedback and we will use it to train our team.

Applied online and got hacker rank back in September 2021. Been getting Ahoys! ever since(over 8 months now, 10+ Ahoy!s). Don't waste your time with Twilio, they're not serious about hiring and just send you pointless hackerrank tests to waste your time.
