I interviewed on the phone first. It went well, then I had a zoom with the hiring manager, who said she'd be in town to do an in person interview. I scheduled that. On the day of the interview, i was waiting for over 30 min for them to come get me from the lobby. I called the recruiter after 5 min to make sure I was in the right place. I was told yes and she'd let them know i was there. after 35 min a contractor came to escort me to the hiring manager who acted as if I was a burden and asked me what questions I had. I didn't have many I thought this was a formal interview. She then told me the contractor would show me around. Which he did after 5 min of sitting with the hiring manager. Then I received an email stating let them know what questions I had again. I replied, thanking them for the interview, and asked about return to work and a few other things. I didn't hear back for 3 weeks saying someone else was offered the position. It was a total waste of time and after 6 mo. the position is open once again.I have over 20 years experience and have never had such an unprofessional experience. If you are a person of color, avoid this place. They don't want you here unless it's entry level.
