Trudell Medical interview questions

Didn’t get past the first stage as I got too many red flags. HR was on the call, very lovely person but didn’t ask anything just stayed to write notes. The other person, head of sales I think, spent 10 mins talking about himself (reciting his own CV). The questions asked were nothing to do with capabilities was the oddest interview I’ve ever had.

Interview process had 3 rounds. HR person on the first call made it easy to talk and had a conversational approach. 2nd and 3rd round helped me understand the kind of people I will be working with on a daily basis.
