Sat down with plant manager, talked about my experience, and job duties/functions etc. Told that they were in immediate need to fill the position. Told that I was a top candidate and would be hearing back. ...Never got a call, sent emails to HR and Interviewing manager with no response. They followed up weeks later with a letter declining to offer position with no feedback.
