Interview
There were 2 managers hiring for different positions. I had to travel from San Antonio, tx to Houston, TX and they were very polite and had the expected questions to ask. One of the managers liked me and even though i did not apply for the job, wanted me to see a higher up director to get his opinion of me. I did not really understand the job that the other manager wanted me for so the conversation was not very good and after a week, i did contact them back and inquired and they said that the original job i applied for was already filled and the other position that they wanted me for, could not be filled at this time.

Interview
Applied online, 2 days later I was emailed to set up a phone interview. Passed the phone interview and scheduled a date to take an assessment on site of one of their branches. If the assessment is passed and they choose to select you then you move on and have an interview with 2 supervisors and shadow an employee to get a feel for the work.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time you had to work with someone difficult and how did you handle it?
Resume submitted online, contacted by mgmt within the office to conduct phone interview. 2nd interview was with middle management staff, behavioral questions as expected. Third interview started with upper management and HR, and you are eventually matched with one-two current employees for a Peer Interview. Take this opportunity to ask more informal questions about the role (I.e. How long have they been there, expected daily routine, etc).

Question 1
Think of a time when you were forced to make a business decision without having ALL of the information you needed; what did you do, what was the result, and what did you learn from it?

Interview
Overall a pretty smooth phone interview. Interviewer just had some questions about my resume and prior work experience. Once we got through that, it was mostly just getting additional information about the job and what the next steps in the hiring process would be. Lasted about 30 minutes total. Was told I would be recommended to move on to the next stage, so hopefully that's the case!
