applied online and corresponded mostly by email to set up appointments and meeting time. met with several department people. they were all very different and asked many questions about prior experience. some were better at interview questions than others. asked typical "where do you see yourself" questions, but atmosphere was nice and was made to feel comfortable. waited for a couple days before being called with an offer. started the following week.
