I don’t usually leave reviews for interviews however my experience after wasn’t a very good one. The interview was fine, the two people interviewing were also fine. However, I interviewed on the 25th and didn’t hear back until today 8th of the following month and they didn’t bother calling or providing any feedback, just sent a generic email stating I was unsuccessful, I expect this during shortlisting, not after the process of being interviewed. This has shown me that they don’t care about employees or people and it wouldn’t be a very good place to work if they can’t even take a minute to call with an outcome.
