Introductory Phonecall about the role 2. 1st interview/aptitude test (via phone) 3. 2nd interview (via phone) I spent about three hours across a week answering what was clearly a checklist of questions where the interviewers made it very clear they hadn’t even looked at my CV. While the job sounded promising, the hiring process was extremely time-consuming. Ultimately after one week of silence and me having to contact the company on two occasions for feedback, they told me I had been unsuccessful but wanted to pass me on to another member of the team. This member of the team never responded and I basically wasted a good two weeks corresponding with the team. In future, save everyone some time and actually READ the CV of candidates before initiating an interview process if you’re going to deem them unexperienced in something they’ve made aware to you from day one. Completely unprofessional and would not recommend.
