very good. good people there who work there and i like to work there because it is very fun being outside and talking with good people and free popsicles and the interviewer was nice and respectful and all oof that.

Interview
It was very casual. The aquatics hiring staff is lovely. Be serious about working hard but be light-hearted. They asked me some basic questions and, in my opinion, wanted to see my interpersonal skills versus simply hearing about my qualifications.
The interview process was overall easy. You just need to have your certifications, you need to pass a breathing test, and you need to pass a swim test. Pretty easy interview.
Swim test and basic questions. Very chill and conversational. Gave me introduction to their different systems and showed me how to change my hours and look for cover. I recommend wilting here!
