3 interviews- one with assistant or key holder, one with store manager, one with regional manager. be prepared and dressed business casual. interview is relaxed enough, no need for crazy nerves or pressure

The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.
