I applied online. I interviewed at The Royal College of Radiologists (London, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
Asked only asked two questions - 1. Why the role and 2. Why you?
Minimal conversation between answering questions. In fact, there were no follow-up questions from the interviewers, nor prompts for any further information that might’ve been useful to them after having given both of my answers.
Interviewers were polite and receptive to lots of questions I had about the responsibilities of the role and their experience of working there - this seemed to take up the majority of the 30-minute slot.
I was given a standard questionnaire to fill out after the interview experience. This was embedded in the email in which they told me they were not proceeding with my application. I asked if I had the same opportunity to get feedback, but did not receive a response.
