      Anonymous employee
      Peoria, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Nature Conservancy (Peoria, IL) in Jul 2013

      Interview

Relatively easy process. Background check required, though no drug test, so it was a pretty quick hiring process. Interviewers were very nice, answered all questions and were always professional and helpful.

      Question 1

No really unexpected questions- typical "what are your skills", "what do you bring to the table", etc.
