It was a six round process that took two months end-to-end. It involved demonstrating competencies for the role and was clearly outlined and transparent from the beginning. It felt fair and appropriate for the role.

There were opportunities of doing assessment work to practice actual tasks that you would do on the job.

Many were based on past experiences working with diverse work environments
They were very transparent with the interview process. After resume submission, I was asked to give advice to a sample scenario prompt. Then I moved to the round one interview. There are 4 rounds of interviews and you have to give mock trainings in 2 of the rounds.
