I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2015
Interview
I spoke to a recruiter at my university's career fair. Not long after that I was contacted to schedule an interview. The interview started with myself and another student talking with about 5 IT people from different departments, telling them about ourselves, our interests (in the IT field), and answering some general stuff along those lines. After a few minutes of that we split off with the people from the departments that we expressed an interest in. I went with two of them and had a conversational interview. No coding questions, but a lot of conceptual and knowledge stuff. That lasted for a while, they asked if I had any questions, and told me they'd be in touch.
Interview process then was very different than it is now -- previously it was a typical phone + in person interview with just conversation. Now it is a group interview with several technical activities.

Applied as a part of university co-op system. 30 minute interview, two interviewers, mostly behavioural questions. They described what went on at the company, and how the developers would contribute. No specific technical questions.
