I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Hanover Insurance Group in Nov 2016
Interview
Interview was professional. Questions were expected. Nothing from far left field. Most discussion was on past experience and how situations were handled. Have a few stories in mind, good and bad. Leadership seems very friendly and the culture relaxed.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Hanover Insurance Group (Worcester, MA) in Dec 2015
Interview
Started with a phone interview, then got a second round at their office in Worcester. After that I went through another phone interview with some of the CFO's of the businesses. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and had a lot of good things to say about the company. Most of the time it felt like a conversation rather than an interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Hanover Insurance Group (Worcester, MA)
Interview
I was first contacted by an HR rep who conducted a general exploratory interview to see where I would fit best at the company. I was contacted about a week later with an invitation for an on-site interview session. The process took about 2 1/2 hours. I met with 4 different people and spoke with 1 more over the phone. Everyone was very kind and informative. I went through my resume during all 5 interviews explaining my past experiences and how they have prepared me well for the desired position. Also, lots of typical behavioral questions. Overall it was a positive experience.
