I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Fifth Business (London, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
Smooth and interactive. 3 Steps. Recruiter, change consultant and directors. Got an offer a day later. Did a case interview that was sent 2 days before final interview. Case involved a presentation/pitch for a potential client. Not difficult if you have the experience.

Question 1
Usual questions. Nothing-out of the ordinary. Why you want to join, what out of your experience would provide evidence, etc.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Fifth Business (Houston, TX)
Interview
Screening Interview, Hiring Manager Interview, In-office presentation and interview. They basically interview for potential candidates for hopeful jobs in the future. I wouldn’t waste my time unless you’ve been assured of a project or just want something possible in the future. Waste of candidates time to do calls and presentations to find out no job. I’ve been waiting 3+ months to hear back from their potential project opening. On the bright side, everyone in the process was generally nice.

Interview
Had a screening interview with the business manager. Followed by another call with CEO. Both were nice and focused on my personality and engagement of clients rather that hard skills. They seem to value the soft skills as well.
