After applying online, I received a phone call from the supervisory to come in for an interview. I came in, was taken to the office and was introduced to what the job is, expectations, etc. It was simple and straightforward.

Group Interview with scenario based questions. They said it was optional to answer but as long as you listen and give a rationale opinion you should be good. After the interview they asked us to write down our availability.
