Interview
Initial interview (30 minutes) with a recruiter: focus on resume, background, and interest in the role
Final round interview (45 minutes) with 3 members of the team: almost exclusively behavioral questions, centered around the values that the company has (collaboration, leadership, problem-solving, etc.)
