Phone screen and panel interview. Demonstrate leadership and a strong desire for customer service. Have sales experience and not a problem getting dirty! I was fortunate and had some great DM's interview me, very laid back and easy to talk to.

Interviewed with 3 people. Was somewhat challenging as they asked for specific scenarios in several questions, which I had a difficult time recalling but overall not too bad as I was hired
An online interview follow by a phone interview where job responsibilities and opportunities were discussed. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. The interviewer was polite and punctual but the opportunity was noy a great match
