So I was given information from a brother in law about a position in Maintenance at our local Samuel Adams Brewery and was given a link to the Boston Beer Company website. I filled out the required information and attached my resume. I recieved an initial call from BBC recruiter 3 days after applying through BBC web page and went over the initial job offer and compensation. We concluded by setting up an interview with Maintenance Manager 2 days later. Phone interview went well, where I was given clear and concise job rundown, instructions for pre-employment screening probationary period expectations and answers to any general questions. 2 days later and I was given a face to face interview separately with 2 department heads and 2 Senior Maintenance Technicians to go through ANY questions or concerns along with a tour of the facility. The Background and Pre-employment screening took about a week, and following that, accepted the official job offer. Pretty quick in this day and age.
