I applied online. I waited about a week. I then did a phone interview. The same week I met with GM then VP in person. I was offered the position within a couple weeks and accepted the job on the same day offer was sent.

Where do you see yourself in the company in the future?
It was simple. The management team keeps it causal and inviting. We met in an open space. The management team toured me around the club. This made it easier to have conversation flow by not sitting in a quiet empty room one on one.
