Interview
It went really well. the first interview, which was phone interview, took 45 mins and the interviewer sounded really appreciative of what i was talking about and was also active in talking. The interviewer wanted me to go through my CV on education and work experience part. 1 week after that i got an invitation for the next interview, which is face-to-face in their UK office.
It was very well structured and I was well informed about the whole process from the beginning. All interviewers were really nice to me. I‘ve got a feeling that People Team is great, united and has enormous expertise.

I received weeks after I've applied an email saying that I wasn't selected. I presume they receive a lot of applicants. I understand that there is no contact with the recruiter for the long list.

Interview
First blind interview with the recruiter for an HR position in Berlin. After the interview I was told they were going to schedule the second step but after a month no one contacted me so far. I also asked for updates but they ghosted me.
