Terminix Pest Control Tech interview questions

Your interview will consist of a face to face portion in office that takes around 30-45 minutes. You will be given the typical interview questions (your strongest asset, where you see yourself in 5 years, etc...). Along with an explanation of expectations of employees, you will be informed of possible opportunities. If you have prior experience you will be placed in a route/salary + commission position. Without decent experience you will still be informed of the higher paying position, but only given an hourly slot. Within a week after the interview you will receive an email/phone call stating whether or not you have a pending job offer.
