Recruitment One of the recruiters of the People Team contact me and invite me to apply for a recruitment process. The process took 2 weeks. Interview I had three interviews and one tech test. Everything was well explained and detailed to me by the people team in all the stages during the process. The team was very friendly and really help me with all the doubts that I had. At the beginning I had an interview by phone with a person of the people team, then a second interview in their offices with another person of the team, third I had the tech test with the head of the UX/UI team and a UX Designer and finally the last interview with the Managing Director and the CEO of Tekton Labs to talk about the culture of the company and how I can fit in.
