Extremely Easy. Straight forward questions were asked. The interviewers were very nice and friendly. The interview was almost fun. I was at ease the entire time. It was also quite obvious that they were eager to hire social workers.

They ask me if I would feel comfortable to share my mental illness story with members, how i could deal in a stress situation, and what was my knowledge of co-occurring disorder.
