Half-hour phone call with recruiter, wait of two weeks, 10 minute conversation with company consisting of 5 dryer than the desert questions that tested regurgitation of information.
The questions could all be answered with a quick lookup and didn't test anything regarding thinking methodologies or background experience, they simply wanted answers to facts, and that's all. I really don't recommend this if all they care about is info-dumps, especially if they play up training budgets and growth processes in their job descriptions, then show they don't care about either.
Long waits between the two steps.
