I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target (Philadelphia, PA) in Nov 2010

      Interview

I was interviewed by two Target store team leaders. They led me to a room where I was greeted by the two team leaders dressed in khaki pants and a red shirt like the typical Target employee uniform. They were very nice and friendly. One took notes of everything I said, while the other one asked me questions. The first page of questions which she asked me from a written list were basic questions like "If hired will you be able to provide proof of citizenship?" and the other page of questions were situational questions such as "Tell me about a time where you had to work as a team". I thought the interview went well, and three days later I received an email asking me to complete an assessment test. This test consisted of about 96 questions and was easy in the beginning but got very challenging towards the end. I believe I must have messed up on this test, because the next day I received another email from Target telling me that they are looking into other candidates and I was not offered the position.
