I applied online, got a call about a week later. The interview was scheduled for the next day. I signed in and waited in the office until called. I was interviewed by a flow team leader, then manager, I assume. They both asked scenario-type questions, such as "Tell me about time when you showed leadership", and "describe a time when you had to work as a group to complete a difficult task." They ask about the situation, the action(s) taken, and the outcome of that. I was also asked about my strengths and weaknesses, why I wanted to work at Target, and availability. Both asked similar questions. After those 2 interviews, i was called back (i think it was a couple of days later) for a 3rd interview to be held 5 days later. This was basically showing up on time (and I watched a young lady get turned away for arriving several minutes late), watching a short informational video about the position, and setting up the salary.
