Worst interview experience ever. Firstly, they didn't know what position they are hiring for. The HR contigency was super apathetic, passive aggressive and low energy . The local representative was hyped up and had incredible nervous energy. So while HR was falling asleep, the local rep was twitching. The interview process was highly disorganized and unprofessional. Not once, did Taboola smile or have any intention of connecting with the candidate. Taboola has forgotten that interviews are a 2-way street. People - especially the good ones - have choices and I don't think they'll be hiring the good ones any time soon. I immediately wrote them to withdraw my candidacy.
