The process was clear and well-structured. It started with an HR conversation that covered the role and expectations, followed by a brief introductory call with the interviewer. Next, I had an on-site interview with the team lead and another team member, which focused on technical questions and problem-solving. After that, I received a home assignment. The final stage was an additional technical interview with the team lead and another colleague, where we discussed the home assignment in depth. Overall, the process was thorough and gave a good sense of both the technical requirements and the team dynamics.
