I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TTEC (León, Guanajuato) in Mar 2012
Interview
If you attend directly to Teletech, you'll have to fill your application in a PC. Depending on the position you're considered for you will be asked to call from a phone to a recorded test were you will have to answer some open ended questions. After that you will be asked to complete some test to measure your overall intelligence, and last, you will e asked to complete a simulation of a customer calling in. The interview was pretty standard.

Question 1
The open ended questions were easy but difficult at the same time. They will ask you things like "Who's the most important person in your life and why" This type of question is designed this way so they can measure your english skills and while the question itself is easy you might find it difficult to answer because you don't really know what to say.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
