I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TTEC (Jacksonville, FL) in Oct 2012
Interview
Online application. I believe it had a lot of skill testing, such as sales vs. technical vs. customer service. Also, the online application is where you indicate your available hours (they base your schedule on this, so be honest). Then, you have to run a computer scan to ensure compatibility. After that, you have to complete a question and answer session through a voicemail. I guess that is the interview? I never had to speak to anyone before I got the offer for the job.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
