I schedule interview with a concern if it's going to work for me or not , and for my surprise I met the CEO that was very welcoming and had a great interview and was very details what the company about and what they expect from the intern .

The boss is nice and polite, the first interview he mainly discussed the role of the intern and asked me to write an feedback email on what I thought about this job. I was invited to the second interview 2 weeks later and he introduced the system they use.
