I applied online and a recruiter reached out for a phone interview.The recruiter asked the general questions about my last position, the reason for leaving and why I would be interested in working with Toms. From there the recruiter connected me to the person who currently held the Traffic Coordinator role for a phone interview. The Traffic Coordinator went more into depth about my last position such as the programs I have previously and how I kept organized in a face paced role.
