TMF Project Manager interview questions

Phone interview with HR recruiter, I then was invited for an in-person interview with hiring manager and a few team members. All went fine. I was told that I would hear back with a week. I did not her back. I sent an email inquiry, I then was told that decision will be made next week. I did not hear anything next week. i waited two weeks, I received nothing. very unprofessional HR. To me HR is the face of the company, if they do a lousy job, then the company is lousy.
