Interview
- HR requests a personality test.
- HR does a 30 minute screening call.
- First round interview with department head, includes case study, given 24 hours in advance. The case study becomes a 15 minute powerpoint presentation with 10 minute Q&A.
- 2nd round interview with the division director and 2 or more coworkers
- Background check and hiring decision

There are 3-6 rounds:
- 30 min fir interview with HR
- a written assignment
- two panel interviews
- possibly a presentation, sometimes combined with a panel interview
- possibly a fit interview with the hiring manager’s VP

The response rates were great. They do ensure that a verbal offer is negotiated as the internal process for paperwork offer takes a very long time (large company, lots of bureaucracy)
