Submit application online along with attending career fair. Resume was received and an initial interview was granted by a manager. I was then called in for a second interview with Market Manager. Generic questions were asked in STAR format of Situation, Task, Answer, Results.

When a customer expectations was not aligned with the company's policy. What did you do and what was the result?
The interview process is in SBI (situation, behavior, impact). Be sure to have some scenarios in mind of previous sales and coaching. Be specific and describe the situation and how you overcame or was successful as a result of the behaviors you displayed.

Involved 6 Market Manager Over seen with the presence of thier Market Manger . Same day Process; 3 rounds of Interviews if you are some one they are concidering to pass you thru to background. Round for round 2 Market managers intervew candidates 2 for 1 style.
