Telephonic followed by Skype interview and final HR Discussion. After selection I submitted all required documents for background verification and received the offer letter within a week. Level of difficulty was average and smooth

Its not a complex process. Just 2 technical rounds. One round will be offshore and another will be onsite. Both will be pure technical. Finally hr round is there in that only salary discussion.
