Multiple Interviews. 1st was a panel then another with the site manager. You sit down during the panel and field questions from the stakeholders regarding situations, experience, education. The people doing the interview are experts in the field of agriculture

Interview
3 interviews, initial screening with hiring manager and their superior, followed by a phone interview and then an in person interview with a panel of hiring manager and two levels of management above that.
