Applied through school. Very organized interview for the most part, 3 steps - 1st was a general behavioral phone interview with a current analyst in the program. 2nd was with a AVP over the phone regarding my technical / data experience within my education. 3rd was a video interview with a Director and the AVP with technical financial math questions.

Met with two employees, conversational tone. They wanted to gauge my interest in the position and evaluate how much I knew about the company. Overall, they were looking to understand more about what motivated me and how I approach working with others.
