Super easy, you literally have to do nothing but apply on LinkedIn. Once you do so, one of the agents in whatever agency you applied to will shortly give you a call and conduct an interview.
Interview process was very easy and inviting. This company offers a very flexible environment. They ask you the typical interview questions , at the very end of it- to be an agent ; you do have to pay for licensure if youre interested in the position.
