Initial screen with the head of engineering that contained questions just to understand my profile.
The same day respond with the result and gave me a project to take home.
I was rejected but he gave me a very analytical feedback of what I did right and what wrong on the project.

Interview
The hiring and interview process was mainly experience and competency based. Knowledge of the industry, fin-tech and markets was useful. In addition, the company is looking for go-getter types who have the ability to think outside the box.
