Le processus d'embauche s'est passé en 3 étapes : un entretien téléphonique suivit d'un test technique, un entretien technique,et un entretien avec les managers. Les deux premières étapes se sont focalisées sur mes capacités techniques, mais j'étais libre de poser les questions. Sur la deuxième étape, j'ai parlé avec des personnes ayant occupé des postes similaires, ce qui m'a permis d'en savoir plus sur le travail d’équipe et l’organisation de travail au sein de l'entreprise. Je me suis senti confortable au long des échanges et les personnes qui j'ai fait face étaient agréables. Le processus de recrutement je semble être rapide. Mon processus a pris plus de temps car ça c'est passée pendant la période des congés d'été.

First interview was on phone, where they ask general motivation questions. Second interview is with the team and the final one is with the managers. The interviewer was friendly, and the team of engineers have read my CV and appeared interested in my skills, which I was happy about. I couldn't make it to the last interview with the managers, but was encouraged to apply again.
