They will ask you about scenarios that you usually would never have to go through and will be condescending if you dont know the answer. They even had the nerve to tell me that the place I was certified with wasn't good at all. Don't waste your time interviewing with them.

Interview
30 minutes long. It was in person and they emphasize being on time. Show up to the interview 10 minutes before. They ask you questions on competency and swimming capabilities which are very important.
