Interview
I applied through LinkedIn, got an initial call with a lady who sounded like she didn’t know what she was doing. She pressured me into submitting the creative test in 2 days, on the weekend. It took me two hours to create it, and what do I get? A no, without any feedback or respect to my time. If a company doesn’t respect their candidates, how much more if you’re an employee? Definitely dodged a bullet here.

Interview
First, we had phone interview and I though I won't be able to get into the next process. Luckily I got the emails about moving forward to the next round few days after. Then I meet with the designer through video chat. I talked about my projects and my background. Finally I got into the next round, and they gave me a design challenge. After completed, I went to the company to present it and also as a last round of interview. There are lot of questions coming up in terms of design thinking.
