Surface Media interview questions

A recruiter contacted me about the role, and about a week later the brand-new hiring manager conducted a rushed phone interview. This was followed by an in-person interview where I was supposed to meet with the "team," but only met with one person, who spent 45 minutes with me, yet didn't ask me one question - oh wait, she did ask where I lived as I was leaving. The company is currently hiring 8 editorial positions, so it sounds like there will be mass disorganization and a start-up environment for the forseeable future.

The opening was posted on the website and I was contacted within the next week about an interview. Phone interview that was fairly easy and I was offered the job pretty much on the spot.
