SupportSpace interview questions

Straight forward and mainly focused on discussing prior experience. Asked about salary expectations & career goals. Was asked to provide an example of an escalated client and how the situation was handled. Was asked why I was a good fit for this role.

Applied off craigslist, and took about 2-3 days for them to communicate back to me with the next steps. Took a IT Knowledge test. After I passed it, i got the job.
